Summary of role
This is a key role in contributing to the financial sustainability of the charity and improving our budgeting and reporting processes. Working with the Finance Director and the Accounts Assistants, you will contribute to the smooth running of the Finance function for the Trust.
This is a hybrid role: working from the Milton office 2 days a week initially, moving to fully remote working once settled in role, except for occasional onsite meetings. Working hours are: 32 - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
This is a temporary role from 6 to 12 months in the first instance with potential for extension based on business needs.

We provide tailored educational, wellbeing and social re-engagement programmes both in physical Centres and as a blended online and in-person provision via Red Balloon of the Air.
The RBET Central Services team provides the underpinning strategic support and organisational development for the Red Balloon network, and works to open additional Centres in new locations.
